How to Return Your Order
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, simply process a free return for your online order within the United States by providing your order number and email address.

Packing Your Return
Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside a sturdy container, such as the one your item(s) was delivered in. Remove any old addresses and barcodes. Seal your package with tape and attach your shipping label to the outside.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

A book with obvious signs of use.

An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at , and we will provide further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we do not accept exchanges beyond 60 days from the delivery date.

Cadeaux

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be notified of your return.
